When you buy 9 haircuts at full price (no coupons / discounts) you get the 10th FREE! You MUST have the card present to receive the card punch. We will not create a new card with past cuts if customer loses card for any reason. However, we will combine multiple cards in to one. If card being punched includes different priced haircuts, the free one will be the lesser priced cut or up to $17.00. If not offered the card at checkout it is incumbent on the customer to ask for one.
